Wife, Teresa, had Alzheimer's Disease for nearly ten years; the last three, bedridden. Husband, John, cared for her at home all of those years.  John dedicated his life to loving and caring for his wife.  He believed  "In sickness or in health until death do us part"  He was devastated when she passed away but he soon began to join the world outside his home.  John was stricken by a stroke Oct 6, 1999. He was hospitalized and initially made progress towards recovery.   The setbacks became to numerous and John joined his beloved wife in Heaven, 8 months after his Beloved had left and one day before they would have celebrated their 67th anniversary.

This kind of love leaves a lasting legacy for his family and a monument to the rest of us, His Spiritual Family
